Terms of Agreement

ALL APPLICANTS ARE REQUIRED TO READ THE FOLLOWING

Please read these Terms of Agreement ("Terms", "Terms of Agreement") carefully. 

​

Your agreement also entitles that you understand and comply with the following rules below as due their place specified by the category in bold text.

​

[Whitelist Server Rules]

 

1. Any rule and law stated within the Criminal Code on the forums is to be followed at all times when active on TheNorthernRP Server.

​

2. Do not META, VDM, RDM at any time on the server.

​

3. You must be 16+ years old to apply and play on TheNorthernRP.

​

4. Must have headphones and a microphone which can pick up your voice clearly in-game.

​

5. Trolling In-game can be anything from playing music down your microphone with the intention of annoying people, running around with no intention of attempting to role play or running in front of vehicles. 


6. Using scripts or modifications that change the functionality of your game are forbidden. Attempting to, or using any unauthorised ‘enhancement’ will result in a permanent ban.


7. Attempting to use any kind of in-game mechanic with the intention of personal gain or disruption will result in a ban. Examples of exploiting include but are not limited to; the duplication of equipment, money and looking through walls.

 

[Community Forum Rules]

1. Community Forums are to be used as a 'help' or 'reference' area.

​

2. Character profiles that are posted on the forums are for the benefit of others OOC. At no time should the information you learn from character profiles should be used in game. Any information about a character must be learnt in game!

​

3. Do not spam, troll, bully, or cause any type of disruption that would be considered ill-intended.

​

4. Always post in the correct forum. If you are unsure where your post should go read through some previous posts to be sure.

​

5. Do not direct message Developers, Admins, Command, or Moderators with issues or questions. Please post any issues or questions in the main discord in #need-help.

​

6. You may be observed/spectated at any time without any prior notice while on our servers.

​

[Community Discord Rules]


It is REQUIRED that you are in the OFFICIAL DISCORD to connect to the main server. Anyone found not in the discord connecting will be kicked or banned immediately.


1. Do not spam, troll, bully, or cause any type of disruption that would be considered ill-intended.

​

2. Do not use derogatory foul language in the Discord

​

3. You must be 16+ years old to access the Discord.

 

4. Do not direct message Developers, Admins, Command, or Moderators with issues or questions. Please post any issues or questions in the main discord in #need-help

​

6. Check Discord before RECONNECTING to the server on disconnect or timeout.

​

[Removal From Community]

​

At any time we may terminate or suspend access to your in-game and website accounts, without prior notice. We may do so for any reason, including if you breach the Terms of Agreement that are listed above. You may be able to complete an appeal form which will be reviewed by a community admin. By completing the appeal form does not mean that your account will be re-instated however the ban from said account will be investigated and a final decision will be decided by a community official.
